If you need to contact a doctor out of normal surgery hours, please contact the 111 out-of-hours service on 111 This service is commissioned by Hywel Dda Health Board which is responsible for your care between the hours of 6.30 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday and during weekends and bank holidays.

This number is free to call, you can also ring 111 if you need health information and advice. If you have difficult in accessing the 111 service, please ring 0845 4647.
The 111 service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can use it both for health information and advice and to access urgent care.

Dental Problems / NHS Direct
If you have a dental problem please seek advice from your dentist. If you do not have a dentist or your dentist is not available please or contact NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47 who can advise you on emergency dental access in the area .This is a free phone number and is available 24 hours a day. Further information may be obtained by visiting the website www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath, or severe bleeding constitute an emergency.
